Privacy Policy
How personal information is handled.

Information processed
The service processes account and contact details, profile content, authentication and notification-delivery identifiers, changes made to records, support messages, announcements, message read status, searches or requests submitted through app features, and limited app-interaction and technical data used for analytics. Analytics events do not include names, email addresses, profile identifiers, search terms, phone numbers, URLs, or contact destinations. Information may be provided by you or an authorized administrator.
Uses
Information is used to authenticate users, provide and secure app features, deliver requested notifications, maintain records, understand feature use, improve reliability, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support or privacy requests.
Personal information is not sold, used for third-party advertising, or used to track people across other companies’ apps or websites.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the service, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users. Service providers process information on our behalf to provide their services.
Access
Profile information may be visible to other authorized users. Access to records is limited according to account permissions.
Storage and retention
The app may cache information on the device; signing out clears its local cache. Server records are retained only as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, maintain security records, and resolve support issues.
Your choices
You may update supported information in the app. To request account deletion, open Account settings and choose Delete account. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days, except for records that must be retained for legal or security purposes.
For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance, email dev@kvam.me. Identity verification may be required.
Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect personal information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date identifies the latest revision.
